GVH Aerospace Modified Isolation Pods Critical to Ebola Patient Transfer

GVH Aerospace’ modification of the isolation infectious diseases containment unit was mentioned in the recent Aeromedical Society of Australiasia annual conference in Darwin, Australia. The modified isolation containment units is crucial to enable patient transfer from road and air, from Africa back to Australia for care. Exercise Uplift was conducted by Queensland Health Department to test the process of transferring Ebola patient via air and road.
GVH Aerospace’ modified isolation containment units have been delivered to multiple healthcare services in Australia and New Zealand, and enables safe and effective retrieval of suspected Ebola patients via air and road transport means.

GVH Aerospace Delivers Reconfigured Boeing 737-800

GVH Aerospace delivers to one of the world’s major aircraft leasing company the approved modification package for reconfiguring a Boeing 737-800 from the existing Australian operator to the new operator in North Asia. The aircraft was reconfigured from a 2-class layout into a high density single class 189 seat configuration, complete with dual language placards, new carpets and new seat covers. GVH Aerospace leveraged off its multiple approvals to provide both EASA, FAA and CASA approvals for all the modifications, supporting the aircraft through its lease return and reconfiguration phase.
